Our Project Managers pay careful attention to all those little details that truly make the difference between a house and a home. We have the freedom to explore a wide range of styles and can work with any architect.

The New Leaf team has experience working with a variety of architectural review boards, from the office team who see plans through the approval process, to designers who create a cohesive neighborhood look, to project managers who ensure that all goes according to plan, to our owners who quickly address any holdups along the way.

A New Leaf home celebrates the Lowcountry’s landscape by preserving its stars, like heritage live oaks and grand magnolias. Our homes literally work from the ground up. Sometimes New Leaf has a lot perfect for a project, other times we bring our talent to a lot clients already own. We work closely with landscape designers and architects to ensure that the homes we build work with their environment, never against it.
