Sain Homes

We are a fully licensed General Contractor and offer full in-house design services. Our goal is to take the stress out of your home renovation. We handle everything from design and demo to final details and decor!

What We Do

Our goal is to take the stress out of renovating. From entire home renovations, one room remodels, or just some help fixing (or as Sarah would say...zshushing) up the space you currently live in with items you already own, we can do it all. In addition to our own team of craftsmen, we also have relationships with some of the best sub contractors in the Upstate. So no matter what you’re hoping to change in your space, we can help you love the home you’re in.

How It Works

During our first consultation, we’ll get to know your hopes for your home (or room) and what style aesthetic suits you best. We’ll take measurements and send over an estimate for what it will take to get your space fully designed and remodeled. From there, we do the rest of the home renovation project for you. During the design phase, we’ll shop and design a room to suit your style and budget. During the renovation phase, our team will handle everything from demo to installing the final details.
