Kohr Construction is owned and operated by Vince Carter. Vince is a South Carolina native and a second generation contractor. He was first exposed to home building as a young man when he worked with his father after school and during the summer. While working for his father he learned the value of hard work and that customer satisfaction should always take precedence when it comes to managing a construction company.
