Celtic Works

We are a residential building company dedicated to the craft of fine home building. Founders, John and David, brought their families from Dublin, Ireland in 1994. Having an extensive knowledge of fine woodworking (John as a furniture maker and David as organ builder) and construction, plus their fancy accents, they naturally took Columbia by storm. Several years later they have secured a reputation in the city as a quality and honest builder. Now, with a team of extraordinary people behind them, they continue to build upon their reputation.

Celtic Works has a pre-construction process that is second to none! Before we build your home, we build it on paper first. It’s not simply coming up with an estimate, it’s helping you with navigating all the decisions, like designing the kitchen, picking out the floor finishes, so you’re informed and educated about what’s included in your project before we start. We have advanced digital technology and qualified subcontractor/vendor resources at our fingertips, to help us accomplish this. Do you remember the last house you built, your contractor came to you halfway through the project and told you he forgot to account for the driveway, and that your house was going to cost you $5000 more than he originally told you? That doesn't happen with Celtic Works.
