Custom Builds

If we are planning a custom home together, we will meet with you and our Ferguson Builders in-house draftsman or an architect to listen to your dreams and desires to create a custom floor plan that truly fits your lifestyle. Remodels, Renovations, Additions

If you are planning a remodel, renovation or addition, we will listen to your dreams to upgrade your home in just the ways that fit your life. Depending on the size of your project, we may involve our draftsman and interior designer.

Once these advanced designs for either project type are finalized, we will create and share with you an Initial Project Proposal. In some cases, clients may wish to make minor adjustments to the design and initial quote. We will work together with you to develop a design and budget that is just right for you and your home.
